PIMD ID Plugin

Adds an HTML ID to code blocks and other elements.

Example usage

# Headline <?: #my-headline ?>

```html #my-code
<p>Example</p>
```

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet. <?: #my-paragraph ?>

Results in:

<h1 id="my-headline">Headline</h1>

<div id="my-code">
  ...
</div>

<p id="my-paragraph">Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet.</p>

Setup
